Dear Lab Staff:
We have sent our mutual patient in for some lab tests that might not be ones you see everyday. In the past, some labs have done the wrong tests when they were not sure that we wanted. Here are some definitions. Call us at (410) 957-1550 for help, if needed.

Please note the cytokine and complement assays need to be sent to the Baltimore lab.
Please note all samples for cytokines, complement, MMP-9, VEGF MUST NOT THAW. Send in plenty of dry ice, overnight, next day morning delivery to:
